Remove speaker (Admin)

DELETE/manage/events/:eventId/speakers/:entryId

For 4S-user speakers, removes the speaker metadata and session links while keeping the registration. For guest speakers, the registration and the guest user are deleted as well. Requires the speakersWrite permission.
