Request a meeting

POST/events/:eventId/meetings

Request a meeting with another participant of the event. A direct chat room is created if one does not already exist, and the message body is posted as the first message. The meeting starts in the REQUESTED status with no spot or time set.

Notes

Returns 400 (errorCode 40001) when the event's enabledMeetings is false. Requesting yourself returns 40002, either party not being registered returns 40003 / 40004, and a recipient who has opted out returns 40015.

A meeting with the same person cannot be requested twice, even if the previous one was canceled or rejected (errorCode 40005). Reaching the per-event request limit returns 40014.
